The estimator
The estimator.
Find your house across the top, the job down the side, and the number is where they meet. Under every price is the crew and the hours it takes, because a number with no shape is how people end up surprised.
- Flat This is the price. It is what you pay on the day, however long the job takes us.
- From A starting point. Whatever moves it is printed on the same line as the number.

Haul-away is the one that moves.
It is priced by how much goes in the truck, not by the size of the house, so it is the only thing on this site with a hollow mark against it. We weigh nothing and we charge no dump surcharge.
- Quarter load A couch, or about six bags and a mattress. $95
- Half load A room cleared. Most basements land here. $190
- Full truck 16 ft box, filled. Two loaders, two hours. $340

Prices are per visit and include our own equipment, our own supplies and the same two people each time wherever the rota allows. The three charges above are the entire extras list — if we get there and think something else is needed you hear the number before we start it, not after. Add 7% Pennsylvania sales tax; cleaning is taxable in Allegheny County and we would rather you saw it here than at the foot of an invoice.

The crew
Who turns up.
Four people, all on the books, all background-checked, all with the same list in their hand. Nobody is subcontracted and nobody is paid by the job, which is why they are not in a hurry to leave.
Licensed and insured
$1m general liability and a bonded crew. The certificate is yours on request, not on a badge.
We bring everything
Our own vacuums, cloths and supplies. Nothing of yours gets used and nothing of ours gets left.
Missed it? We come back
Tell us inside 48 hours and the crew returns. There is no charge and no argument about it.
