Why the prices are on the front page
Quoting by the hour made everybody watch a clock.
Dana cleaned houses for eleven years for two other companies before starting this one, both of which quoted by the hour and both of which sent somebody out to look before they would say a number.
What that actually bought was an argument at the end. Fast work looked cheap and slow work looked like padding, and every customer spent the visit watching the clock instead of the kitchen. So we timed our own jobs for a year, grouped them by size, and put the flat numbers on the site.
Nine houses in ten land inside the band. The tenth we say so on the phone. Nobody has watched a clock since.
Three rules

The price is the price
We priced the job, so a job that runs long is our cost and not your invoice. The only thing that moves a flat number is you adding to it.
Nothing is subcontracted
Four people, all employed, all background-checked. The crew that comes the first time is the crew that comes back.
We say what we will not do
Carpets, ducts, gutters and post-fire are not ours. We will give you the name of somebody whose they are.
